Title: Web player blocked in chrome
Post by: Andoryuu on March 17, 2017, 01:49:20 am
Because the flash player page (https://www.shinsen-radio.org/pages/flash_player) is served over HTTPS now, Chrome blocks all non-HTTPS resources that it tries to load, such as the minicaster swf(http://alpha.shinsen-radio.org/flash_player/minicaster.swf). A simple solution to fix this would be to host the file on the main https domain. Or, alternatively, you could easily get another LetsEncrypt certificate for the alpha.shinsen-radio.org domain.

Thanks for posting Andoryuu!

It plays now for me. Though still listed as insecure due to Icecast not using SSL atm. I'll have to look into that later.

I've been having this issue on and off for a few months now. Is the problem somewhere on my end maybe?

I cannot reproduce the issue, works fine on my Chrome 61. Just make sure that Flash player is not blocked.
